possible. Understanding how we can deliver the best service to you
is important to us. Our Patient Survey provides you with the opportunity
to share your comments regarding your healthcare experience at BGPMA.
Please comment on the telephone reception, staff services, twenty-four
hour prescription line, registration process, appointment availability,
lab encounter, radiology encounter, nurse encounter, referral process,
condition of our facilities and our overall service to you. We welcome
you to share your suggestions with us and offer a variety of ways
for you to do so.
