From the North:
Take Rte. 24 South to exit 17B (Rte. 123 Easton). As you
merge off the exit onto Rte. 123, you want to be over in
the left lane. At the first set of lights take a left onto
Pearl Street. Less than a quarter of a mile you will see
Mill St. Extension on your left. Take that left. Follow
to the stop sign and go right onto Liberty Street. Bridgewater
Goddard Park Medical is up on the left.
From the South:
Take Rte. 24 North to exit 17B (Rte. 123 Easton). As you
merge off the exit onto Rte. 123, you want to be over in

Take Rte. 24 South to exit 16B (Rte. 106) Raynham Dog Track
exit.
Take Rte. 106 to lights. At intersection of Rte. 138, make
a left at the lights onto Rte. 138. Continue on Rte. 138
South for about 3 miles. The Raynham Health Center is at
the junction of Routes 138 and 495 on the left before overpass.
OR
Take Rte. 495 South to exit 8 (Rte. 138). Take a left and
go over the overpass. The Raynham Health Center is on your
right.
From the South: Take
Rte. 24 North to Rte. 495 North. Take Exit 8 (Rte. 138).
The Raynham Health Center is on your right as you get off
the ramp.
