Employee Recognition Program
“Making
A Difference”at BGPMA
Patient
satisfaction is top priority at BGPMA, and we take great pride in
the quality of care we continually deliver to our patients. As an
employee of BGPMA, no matter what position you hold, you are part
of a special team that cares for those who are ill or require medical
attention. BGPMA has developed the “Make a Difference”
Program in order to recognize those employees who demonstrate an
exceptional level of caring and concern, who combine professionalism
and ability with warmth and a positive attitude. With their skill
and compassion, they continually “make a difference”
in the lives of their patients.
BGPMA’s Employee Recognition Program rewards
exceptional employees by:
Instant Recognition
In acknowledgement of an employee’s good deeds, they may receive
a “Making a Difference” certificate in addition to an
Honorable Mention in the company newsletter.
Employees of the Quarter
Each quarter, department directors nominate employees they feel
have performed over and above expectations. When nominating, consideration
is given to work performance, dependability, and attitude toward
patients and fellow co-workers.
As recognition for their exceptional job performance, Employees
of the Quarter receive a “Making a Difference” certificate,
tee shirt, and tote bag, as well as an invitation to a luncheon
hosted by Senior Management.
Employees of the Year
Directors/managers, physicians, providers and co-workers may nominate
an employee they feel has demonstrated an overall superb effort
throughout the past year. Nominated employees stand out over and
above, having contributed greatly to their department, to employee
morale and to the entire organization. These employees may be those
who have significantly improved patient care, patient services or
patient satisfaction. They may be employees that have saved or generated
revenues that affect the corporate bottom line, or were instrumental
in the improvement of a particular process within the company.
Employees of the Year are rewarded with a “Making a Difference”
certificate, tee shirt, and tote bag, in addition to an invitation
to a luncheon hosted by Senior Management and a cash bonus.
