Family Practice
 The
Department of Family Practice has been part of our community for
over thirty-five years. The twelve board certified family physicians,
one general practitioner, and one nurse practitioner are dedicated
to providing excellence in healthcare for our community. We see
our patients in two sites, Brockton as well as in Raynham. We take
pride in rendering comprehensive, continuous and compassionate care
to all ages. We service newborns, adolescents, adults and the elderly
population. We care about families and would like to get to know
you and yours in health and in sickness.
