Forum is a comprehensive outpatient physical therapy, fitness,
and wellness provider which has been providing quality patient care
to the Southeastern Massachusetts medical community since 1992.The
primary goal of Fitness Forum is to provide our patients with the
highest quality physical therapy care and promote a life-long continuum
of wellness prior to and or following physical therapy treatment.
We work with the patient and entire healthcare team; including physicians,
nurses, therapists, and fitness staff members to restore function
and prevent re-injury. Our services and professional programs strive
to extend into the community, the schools, and the workplace.
