The Internal Medicine Department at BGPMA is designed to provide comprehensive, primary care services to our patients. Our Internal Medicine Department is comprised of physicians and nurse practitioners with decades of experience in a variety of specialty areas. Internal Medicine Services are offered at 110 Liberty Street and at our West Bridgewater site.

What We Do

• Provide care for patients – adolescents and adults
• Focus on the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of adult diseases
• Serve as your primary care physician (PCP) to coordinate your care if sub- specialist /specialists are needed in the process of treating an illness
• Offer Geriatrics (a subspecialty of internal medicine) concerned with health issues of older adults
• Offer Rheumatology (a subspecialty of internal medicine) concerned with joints, muscles and bones and their roles in health and disease.
• Offer Infectious Disease services (a subspecialty of internal medicine) offering expertise in all kinds of infections, including those caused by bacteria, viruses, fungi and parasites.
• Offer Hospitalist program to provide patient with a physician assigned to them while receiving care at local hospitals.
• Urgent Care services available by appointment on weekdays, weekends and holidays to offer our patients extended office hours in a setting most convenient to you.
• Answering service available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
• Provide easy access to Ancillary services such as Laboratory, Radiology and other office based diagnostic testing.
